Aerodynamicist, Testing Engineer & Scrutineer
Chases the last hundredth. Aiden runs the physical and CFD testing programme to cut drag and improve stability, and handles scrutineering so the car meets every technical regulation before it reaches the track.
Enterprise Coordinator & Project Manager
Owns everything that makes ATOMIC recognisable. Charlotte holds the brand consistent across portfolios, social and print, drives the sustainability strategy, and designed and built the pit display the team races behind.
CAD Engineer
Takes a concept and makes it real. James leads design development, 3D modelling and the CAM/CNC route into manufacture — the problem-solving is the part he enjoys, and seeing a design come off the machine is the payoff.
Marketing Executive
The team’s front door. Helena secures sponsorship, organises fundraising events and runs the marketing strategy — introducing new companies to STEM Racing and making sure every partner gets real value back.
Team Manager
Sets the deadlines, assigns the work and keeps five people pulling in the same direction. Evie runs a consultative structure — everyone is asked, then a decision gets made — and she checks the team’s workload and wellbeing as closely as she checks the Gantt chart.
